Job summary

NEXT Electric, LLC in Little Chute, WI seeks a full-time Pre-Apprentice Electrician. Under direct supervision you will assist electricians, run wire or cable, drill holes with power tools, and install basic components at various job sites.

You may also deliver equipment and must follow all safety policies. Eligibility for OSHA 10, apprenticeship pre-approval, and Wisconsin license requirements are noted.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• Pre-approval for ABC Registered Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Wisconsin Registered Electrician License.
• Prior mechanical, farming or commercial electrical experience a plus.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians under direct supervision.
• Run wire or cable according to job specifications.
• Use power tools to drill holes for routing cable or wire.
• Install basic electrical components including receptacles, switches, etc.
• Deliver equipment to job sites.
• Comply with all company/customer safety policies and procedures.
