NEXT Electric, LLC in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Pre-Apprentice Electrician to assist electricians under direct supervision and perform basic electrical tasks at job sites.

The position involves running wires, using power tools, installing basic components, delivering equipment, and adhering to safety policies. A hands-on learning path through an ABC apprenticeship is provided.

Qualifications

• Under direct supervision assists electricians in performing electrical work.
• Runs wire or cable according to job specifications.
• Uses power tools to drill holes for routing cable or wire.
• Installs basic electrical components including receptacles, switches, etc.
• Delivers equipment to job sites.
• Complies with all company/customer safety policies and procedures.

• OSHA 30 hour or ability to obtain

• Prior mechanical, farming or commercial electrical experience a plus
• Ability to obtain/maintain Wisconsin Registered Electrician License
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
