Powers Health is hiring a Pre-Admitting Nurse for Pre-Admitting Clinical Service to work days at Community Hospital in Munster, IN. The role ensures patients are optimized for surgery and coordinates with anesthesia and surgical services for preoperative readiness.

The candidate should hold an Indiana RN license with 5–10 years of nursing experience; critical care is preferred. Strong communication and computer skills are required, with a competitive benefits package offered.

Competenze

• Current license to practice nursing in Indiana.
• 5-10 years nursing experience; Critical Care experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.

Mansioni

• Facilitates pre-operative preparation and testing per criteria.

• Provides preoperative instructions and patient/family education.
