**Job Description:**

This Pre-Registration 1 Bilingual role is responsible for assisting patients with pre-registration for upcoming appointments, surgeries, or procedures, focusing on non-English speaking patients they are certified to assist. Responsibilities include gathering important patient information, verifying insurance coverage, and providing financial transparency in a timely manner. Working remotely in a call center setting, these specialists assist patients over the phone, offering a convenient way to prepare for medical appointments. The main goal is to streamline registration, reduce wait times, and ensure a smooth patient experience before hospital arrival.

**Essential Functions:**

  1. Demonstrates understanding and application of registration policies and procedures.
  2. Verifies medical insurance eligibility and benefits.
  3. Explains co-insurance, co-pay, and out-of-pocket responsibilities.
  4. Provides cost estimates and collects payments from patients.
  5. Collaborates with team members to ensure patient satisfaction through effective communication.
  6. Multitasks, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
  7. Meets productivity and quality standards in the call center.
  8. Self-resolves technical issues with computer skills.

**Location:**

Peaks Regional Office, Broomfield, Colorado

**Work Hours:**

40 hours/week, hourly rate $18.81 - $24.26, dependent on experience
