What You’ll Be Doing
You will complete the Wheels of Change and field training to become a certified FCT and FCT-R Practitioner. The FCT Practitioner will provide in-home treatment with the goal of keeping families together, based on the program’s model. You will support families with members on their recovery journey by working as part of a team with a Peer Recovery Specialist to support family members in working toward recovery and maintaining their family in the home.

Physical Requirements
This position involves sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Operating desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, and communicating with colleagues are also required.
Travel Requirements
Location: Providence. Statewide travel is required.
