A leading organization in Providence is seeking a Family-Centered Treatment Practitioner to provide in-home support for families in recovery. The role involves developing treatment plans, collaborating with clients and their families, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in social work and experience in trauma-informed treatment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
You will complete the Wheels of Change and field training to become a certified FCT and FCT-R Practitioner. The FCT Practitioner will provide in-home treatment with the intent to keep families together, based on the program’s model. You will support families with members who are on their recovery journey by participating on a team with a Peer Recovery Specialist to support family members in working toward recovery and maintaining their family in the home.

This position requires time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying, and lifting up to 25lbs. It also requires operating desktop, laptop, and/or cell phone, and communicating with colleagues.
Site location: Providence
Statewide travel required.
