A New Leaf is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurturing Parenting Practitioner to join our Nurturing Parenting Program. In this role, you will provide direct support to families, helping them strengthen their parenting skills and foster nurturing relationships within their households. Responsibilities include facilitating group sessions, conducting individualized assessments, and delivering evidence-based interventions aligned with the Nurturing Parenting Program’s curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have a background in family services, experience working with diverse populations, and a deep commitment to empowering families through positive parenting strategies. This role is essential to helping families build a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for their children.
Hourly Pay Rate: $18 - $22 (depending on education/experience)
Schedule: Various days and times, including weekends/evenings (based on the needs of the families)
*Required to complete our "New Hire Orientation" held on the first work week of employment, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; subject to change upon completion of orientation requirements which may grant early release of orientation before Friday; orientation not offered evenings or weekends.
