Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Practice Supervisor - RN for the Interventional Radiology Clinic. This full-time day-shift role provides clinical and operational leadership to practice-based teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will supervise staff, participate in hiring and onboarding, and manage staff schedules, budgets, and performance. The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a registered nurse program required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
• AHA BLS-HCP required; ACLS and PALS may be required depending on work area.

• Supports budget management and identifies cost-containment opportunities.
• Ensures a safe, therapeutic environment and monitors quality of care.

• Maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, leadership, and teams.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards.
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment with sensitive information.

What We Require:

Education: Graduate of a registered nurse program required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required with demonstrated leadership experience.

Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.

Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required. ACLS and PALS may be required based on assigned work area.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage priorities and support team performance. Demonstrates commitment to a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Compensation Range:

$69,721.60 - $104,582.40

Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
