Job summary

Northwest Specialty Hospital in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking a detail-oriented Practice Supervisor for the Axis Spine Center. This on-site role requires an active CMA or LPN license and oversees daily clinic operations and data processes.

The Practice Supervisor coordinates scheduling, referrals, authorizations, insurance verifications, and call management while guiding staff, providing education, and enforcing performance standards. Excellent communication and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of professional standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Minimum 3 years in medical office experience.
  • CMA or LPN license required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinates daily office operations for the Clinic/Office.
  • Assist with data collection, validation, and reporting from information systems.
  • Coordinate, supervise and direct daily activities including scheduling, referrals, authorizations, insurance verifications and call management.
  • Serve as resource to staff, team leader, trainer (as required), provide education, develop standards of performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the Hospital, patients and employees; project a professional demeanor.
