Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is recruiting for a leadership role overseeing administrative and clinical activities within multiple Georgia practices. The position partners with the Director of Physician Operations to implement programs and ensure business plan attainment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a closely related field, or a total of six years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a closely related field is required.
• In lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Supports the overall day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of a practice.
• Works with Director of Physician Operations to help implement and oversee operational activities and programs to ensure attainment of business plans.
• Collaborates with area director and practice physicians to ensure efficient and safe daily operations.
• Ensures each office maintains an effective operating environment and responds to patient, physician and staff needs.
