Job summary

Rockclifforalsurgery seeks a Practice Manager to partner with the Regional Director of Operations, doctors, and the COO to build and sustain a high-performing team. You will oversee clinical and non-clinical operations, ensure patient-first service, and manage staffing, budgets, and KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and a professional image, with a focus on optimizing workflow and compliance across the practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• 5 years leadership/management experience with direct customer/patient contact.
• 5-7 years experience in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated problem solver and self directed.
• High degree of professionalism and professional image.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude, change advocate, lead by example, coachable.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Director of Operations, doctors and COO to establish and maintain a successful team.
• Oversee clinical and non-clinical aspects with provider oversight and approval.
• Lead by example; develop staff performance evaluations with HR.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy/security compliance across the practice.
• Schedule staff to optimize patient flow and payroll hours.
• Participate in hiring, training and retention of staff with HR.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, production targets and KPI reporting.
• Contribute to local marketing and community outreach when needed.
