Location: Quarryville, PA

Hours: Part Time (20 hours/week); 2-3 evenings per week, typically (2) 8-hour shifts (approx. 1:00pm-9:30pm) and (1) 4-hour shift (approx. 5:00pm-9:00pm). Specific hours will be discussed at interview and upon hire.

Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Provide nursing services to patients at a provider’s office, including care for pediatric infants to geriatric patients.
2. Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including providing clinical advice, patient education, preparing patients for visits, administering medications, assisting with procedures, performing point-of-care testing, collecting specimens, and managing prescriptions.
3. Assist with wound care, maintaining exam rooms and medical instruments, reviewing care plans, and conducting follow-ups.
4. Coordinate care among specialists, assist with referrals, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
5. Act as a patient experience advocate, ensuring professional communication and confidentiality.
6. Perform secondary duties such as front office responsibilities, regional travel as needed, on-call duties, and other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of an LPN or RN educational program.
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
• AHA CPR BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to travel regionally to multiple sites.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care setting preferred.
