Banfield Pet Hospital in Florida is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations in partnership with the Chief of Staff. You will drive business results and develop staff to foster an engaging team environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality veterinary care.
The role emphasizes interview and development of associates, budgeting, staff scheduling, and maintaining a positive client and patient experience, with strong organizational and leadership requirements.

Pay Range: $63,822 – $92,187 annually
Job Purpose and Function: In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital, managing day‑to‑day operations so the medical team can devote their time to delivering the highest quality veterinary care. You will drive business results with your practice‑management skills and develop staff to foster an engaging team environment.
