Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations of a veterinary hospital in partnership with the chief of staff. You will drive business results with practice-management skills and develop staff to foster an engaging team environment.

Responsibilities include interviewing and developing associates, budgeting and planning for the hospital, and ensuring a positive client and patient experience while maintaining adherence to Banfield guidelines and preventive care

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Three years of related experience with direct supervisory experience.

Pay Range: $63,822 – $92,187 annually

Job Purpose and Function: In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital, managing day‑to‑day operations so the medical team can devote their time to delivering the highest quality veterinary care. You will drive business results with your practice‑management skills and develop staff to foster an engaging team environment.

  • Train associates to educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.

Qualifications
