Pay range: $73,395 - $106,016 annually. Pay may vary depending on experience, skill level, location, and schedule.

In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager manages daily operations so the medical team can focus on veterinary care. You will use practice management skills to drive business results and people leadership skills to develop associates and foster an engaging team environment. You’ll help ensure clients and patients have a positive experience and work with stakeholders across the organization to optimize growth.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Three years related experience in health care, veterinary profession, or service industry, including direct supervisory experience (hiring, development, etc.).
The position requires versatility. Duties include interviewing, hiring, developing associates, evaluating processes, and training associates on patient care plans and hospital services.
