PrairieCare Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager to collaborate with administrative leaders to plan and manage clinical services delivered by our psychiatrists, APRNs, and therapists in the Twin Cities area.

The role requires 2–4 years of leadership, strong contract negotiation and math skills, and proficient MS Office/Excel use. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, with in‑office duties and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience required.

What You’ll Do

The Practice Manager works closely with other administrators to plan and manage the professional services provided by PrairieCare Medical Group clinicians.

Key Performance Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting/partnering in the recruitment and retention of psychiatrists, APRN’s, psychotherapists, and other clinicians.
• Manages employee contracts and serves as a liaison in negotiations, including developing language and salary formulas.
• Responsible for, in collaboration with the medical staff/credentialing specialist, ensuring clinicians are adequately oriented and trained and have the tools they need to do their work.
• Designs and evaluates schedules, productivity models and helps with data analysis to optimize clinicians’ practices.
• Works closely with the Site Operation Directors to support their management of provider schedules, documentation completion and billing patterns.
• Works closely with the Site Operations Directors, Front Desk Supervisor, and Admissions on patient scheduling processes and oversight.
• Oversees the creation and dissemination of monthly productivity reporting to clinicians and administrators including data such as charges, RVUs, wRVUs, visits, and CPT code analyses.
• Articulates and operationalizes the company’s mission, vision, and values.
• Demonstrates knowledge of psychiatric and addictions treatment.
• Demonstrates support for the strategic plan promulgated by PrairieCare Medical Group.
• May have additional oversite of groups or departments as needed.

Compensation range for this position is $85k to $95k, based on education and years of experience.
