Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Orthopedics Practice Manager to lead daily clinic operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, manage supplies and budgets, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of practice management experience, a proactive mindset, and strong collaboration across administration, physicians, and care teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of practice management/clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the orthopedic practice.
• Assigns and schedules work duties; provides orientation and training to staff.
• Monitors and oversees work activities within the clinic.
• Maintains medical and office supplies and manages the operational budget.
• Acts as primary liaison between administration, physicians, and external partners to coordinate operations and patient care.
• Promotes excellent customer service and strong working relationships internally and externally.

• Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.
• Responsible for supervising and participating in the daily operations of the practice.
• Assigns and schedules work duties and provides orientation and training to personnel.
• Monitors and oversees work activities.
• Maintains medical and office supplies and is responsible for the operational budget.
• Identifies and recommends improvements in work procedures.
• Perform as primary liaison between administration, physicians and outside organizations/vendors to coordinate business. practices, accomplish directives, and identify and facilitate the resolution of problems within general business operations and the delivery of patient care.
• Consistently promote good customer service and effective working relationships, both internally and externally.

Job Requirements
