Location: 12 High Street, Lewiston, Maine 04240. Department: OBGYN. Schedule: Full Time, Exempt.

Responsibilities

The Practice Manager provides leadership and administrative management to practice operations. The role includes office-level leadership through planning, developing, and organizing workflow; directing and evaluating activities of the practice and staff; managing financial performance of the practice; promoting the practice within the Medical Group and the greater medical community; and having working knowledge of all aspects of clinical operations, with ability to fill in when staffing demands arise, considering licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience.
• Medical Group experience preferred.
