The Practice Manager II provides operational leadership for practices with seven (7) or more providers and/or two (2) or more locations. Reporting to the Primary or Specialty Care Director, this role oversees daily operations, staff management, patient experience, budgetary planning, and quality improvement initiatives. The Practice Manager II ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of care while supporting providers, staff, and patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience required. 3–5 years of supervisory experience in practice management, preferably across multiple locations. Strong knowledge of healthcare financial management, reimbursement processes, and clinical workflows. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to foster teamwork, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
