This role is responsible for overseeing both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and exceptional patient care. The Practice Manager works closely with providers and staff to maintain compliance, meet quality standards, and support a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, workflow optimization, and collaborating with hospital leadership. Ideal candidates are strong communicators and team builders, with a background in outpatient or primary care settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the primary care practice
  • Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with providers and departments to enhance care delivery
  • Maintain staffing schedules and manage performance evaluations
  • Track performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between practice staff and hospital leadership
