Practice Manager - Monadnock Family Care - Full Time

Located in the scenic Monadnock Region of New Hampshire, our practice offers professional fulfillment and a vibrant community lifestyle.

This role involves overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional patient care. The Practice Manager collaborates closely with providers and staff to maintain compliance, meet quality standards, and foster a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing daily operations of the primary care practice
  • Supervising clinical and administrative staff
  • Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, and federal guidelines
  • Collaborating with providers and departments to improve care delivery
  • Managing staffing schedules and performance evaluations
  • Tracking performance metrics and implementing process improvements
  • Serving as a liaison between staff and hospital leadership
