This is a regional position overseeing both the Rockport and Waldo Pulmonology locations.

The Practice Manager role is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow, optimum productivity, and maintained patient, staff, and physician satisfaction.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Two or more years of management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of financials, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
