With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care offers comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.

The Practice Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of practice operations and is accountable for the overall business and clinical functions of the practice. This includes managing daily operations, staff, budgets, inventory, compliance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring efficient daily operations, promoting staff/provider collaboration, and maintaining key metrics.
  2. Partnering with leadership for recruitment and staffing models.
  3. Managing patient access, provider scheduling, and front desk workflows to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  4. Supporting clinical teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  5. Providing practice operations reviews and developing capacity plans.
  6. Managing marketing issues, coaching staff, and overseeing financial outcomes.
  7. Maintaining facilities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and managing inventory and billing issues.
  8. Addressing patient satisfaction and representing the practice in organizational meetings.
  9. Adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or healthcare; Master’s preferred for Level III.
  • Minimum 3 years (Level I/II) or 5 years (Level III) of progressive medical practice experience, including OB/GYN.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, insurance, and healthcare financial management.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • High ethical standards, dependability, and professionalism.
