Women’s Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women’s healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care offers comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.

The Practice Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of practice operations of the unit and is accountable for the overall business and clinical functions of the practice. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, staff, budgets, inventory, ensuring compliance, and delivering high customer service.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or healthcare; Master’s preferred for level 3.
  • Minimum 3 years (level 1-2) or 5 years (level 3) of medical practice experience, including OB/GYN.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks (eCW).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, insurance reimbursement, and healthcare financial management.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management and conflict resolution.
  • High ethical standards, dependability, and professionalism.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  1. Ensure efficient daily practice operations and promote staff/provider collaboration.
  2. Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition for recruitment and staffing.
  3. Manage patient access, provider scheduling, front desk workflows, and patient satisfaction.
  4. Support clinical teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
  5. Conduct monthly operations reviews and develop capacity plans.
  6. Handle marketing issues, staff coaching, and facility management.
  7. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, CLIA, DEA, and IOS.
  8. Oversee onboarding of new providers and manage inventory and billing issues.
  9. Represent the practice in meetings and embody Women’s Care values.
