This strategic leadership position will manage the overall operations of the practice, ensuring a vision and strategy for future growth. The Practice Manager II also provides expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. The Practice Manager II is able to remedy most patient complaints at the time of occurrence and escalates to Practice Administrator when necessary.The Practice Manager II is responsible for upholding the Connecticut Children’s Specialty Group (CCSG) code of conduct, compliance, and vision and values of CCSG.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience Preferred: Experience with multiple providers, staff, and specialties is preferred. Experience with Electronic Medical Record Systems is highly preferred
