Davita Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager I for Urology at their Evanston and Skokie facilities. Hourly Pay Range:

Position Highlights:
Position: Practice Manager I, Urology
Location: Evanston and Skokie, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours (8:00AM-4:30PM)
Required Travel: Travel between Evanston and Skokie as main sites. Cross-coverage as needed for Vernon Hills, Gurnee, Highland Park, and GlenbrookSuites for PTO/Leave coverage for other Practice Managers.
What you will do:
Oversight of the MA/PSAs that check-in and room patients for specialties who choose to use Evanston and Skokie Suites to see patients.
Provide practice management in support of the physician patient relationship in order to optimize patient access to Endeavor Health Medical Group services
Manage the practice operations and respond to patient, physician, and employee issues in a timely fashion
Leverage technological enhancements to optimize patient access to Endeavor Health Medical Group services and to enhance the overall customer relationship
Achieve performance standards for revenue cycle, analyze monthly physician income and expenses, manage office expenses, and partner with physician leaders to communicate financial results to physicians and staff and execute Medical Group plans for improvements
Ensure People Management Cycle for physician and staff is consistently implemented to include hiring for fit, successful onboarding, career development and coaching, and performance review
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Master's degree in business or a healthcare related discipline preferred
Certification: n/a
Experience:
Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience
Managed in a physician lead office (physician management)
Financial management, operations management, and Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
Unique or Preferred Skills: Demonstrated ability to build alliances, drive results and manage change
