Job summary

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager for Columbine Family Practice to lead daily operations, manage staff, coordinate patient care, and optimize workflows. The role includes budgeting, billing oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance to sustain growth and high quality care.

You will collaborate with clinicians and external partners, implement policy, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a positive work environment for the team.

Qualifications

  • Associates in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; or directly related experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare practice management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
  • Experience managing a family medicine or primary care practice.
  • Certification such as CMPE or FACMPE.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and patient-centered care models.
  • Experience with marketing and community engagement in a healthcare setting.

About the Role:

The Practice Manager will lead and oversee the daily operations of a family medical practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This role is pivotal in managing staff, coordinating patient care, and optimizing practice workflows to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. The Practice Manager will be responsible for financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle oversight, to maintain the practice's financial health. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with healthcare providers and external partners to implement policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards. Ultimately, the Practice Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the growth and sustainability of the practice while fostering a positive work environment for all team members.

Responsibilities:

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 / annually
