The anticipated starting base salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,630.99 to $87,578.10 per year. Base salary will be determined by the schedule, location, experience, skills, and abilities of the applicant.

Practice Managers play a pivotal role in our hospitals. Your medical practice management skills will be used to drive business results, and your people leadership skills will develop associates and foster an engaging team environment. Along with knowledgeable pet health care experts, you'll ensure clients and patients have a positive experience. Through relationships with stakeholders including the veterinary team, field leadership, corporate headquarters, and PetSmart associates (if applicable), you'll help optimize business growth. We support your growth through various educational opportunities and resources.

Job Description Summary: In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager manages day-to-day operations, allowing the medical team to focus on delivering veterinary care.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Required Education/Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience.

Required Experience: At least three years of related experience, including direct supervisory experience.
