Practice Manager - Cardiothoracic Group - Albany, NY - FT

What you will do:

The Manager of Physician Practice oversees the daily operations of assigned offices. Reporting to the Practice Administrator, responsibilities include hiring and supervising support staff, managing day-to-day practice operations such as medical records, human resources, property and facilities, equipment, billing, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, JCAHO, and DOH standards. All job functions should be performed professionally and courteously, aligning with the Core Values of St. Peter’s Health Partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor administrative and clinical systems supporting patient care.
  • Foster collegial relationships among care teams.
  • Manage human, fiscal, material, and facility resources.
  • Support, plan, implement, and evaluate program goals and policies aligned with patient-centered care.
What you will need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of successful management experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
  • Experience in Cardiac Care is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, customer service, and ability to handle multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
Pay Range:

$28.38 - $45.40 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Pay varies within this range depending on location and other factors.
