  • Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supervising and participating in the daily operations of the practice.
  • Assigns and schedules work duties and provides orientation and training to personnel.
  • Monitors and oversees work activities. Maintains medical and office supplies and is responsible for the operational budget. Identifies and recommends improvements in work procedures.
  • Perform as primary liaison between administration, physicians and outside organizations/vendors to coordinate business practices, accomplish directives, and identify and facilitate the resolution of problems within general business operations and the delivery of patient care.
  • Consistently promote good customer service and effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
