Are you a dynamic and experienced leader in the veterinary industry or Practice Manager in the Human Health Sector? AdelaideVet is looking for a dedicatedPractice Manager to lead our high-performing team at AdelaideVet Prospect.

As a Practice Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, fostering a positive culture, and driving excellent service and care for both clients and patients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and success of our well-established and beloved veterinary clinic in the heart of Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:Lead and inspire a diverse team of veterinarians, nurses, and support staff to provide exceptional care. Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, compassion, and professional development.

Operational Management:Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of clinical efficiency and patient care.

Client Service:Maintain and improve the client experience by ensuring excellent communication, timely services, and the delivery of high-quality care to patients.

Financial & Budget Management:Monitor clinic finances, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for growth and cost-efficiency.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure that the practice complies with relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices. Maintain high clinical and operational standards.

Marketing & Community Engagement:Drive local marketing initiatives, build relationships with clients, and promote the practice within the local community.

About You:

Experience:Proven experience in a veterinary management or leadership role, or experience in a related field with transferable skills.

Leadership Skills:Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of veterinary professionals and support staff.

Organisational Excellence:Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Customer Focus:Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating positive relationships with clients and their pets.

Knowledge:Familiarity with veterinary software systems and practice management tools.
