The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in management, with CVPM/CVBL or healthcare administration education preferred. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and community outreach to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration are preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the veterinary practice to ensure efficient, high-quality care and service.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Practice Manager - Elk Park Animal HospitalPagosa Springs, ColoradoThe Practice Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a veterinary practice, ensuring efficient and high-quality care for patients, delivering outstanding service to clients, and maintaining smooth business operations. This role involves managing the administrative, financial, and human resources functions of the practice, while working closely with veterinarians and staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
