Job summary

Cadence Care Network seeks a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outpatient behavioral health sites in Ohio. You will coordinate staffing, supervise front desk, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth patient flow under the Director of Utilization Management and Administrative Services.

The ideal candidate has healthcare administration experience, strong organizational skills, and a track record of coordinating teams across clinics.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, social services, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health office setting.
• Experience supervising or coordinating staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable traveling between multiple clinic locations
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and outpatient scheduling workflows.
• Prior experience in behavioral health settings.
