Tranquility Veterinary Clinic in Ohio is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership for a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, overseeing hospital operations and guiding daily priorities.

You will manage personnel, scheduling, inventory, and staff development, while maintaining a strong focus on client experience and animal well-being. A solid veterinary operations background and the ability to balance business needs with team morale are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system.

Tranquility Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing hospital operations, you’ll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the hospital and the well-being of the animals we care for.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, determined by the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm and Saturdays as needed.
