Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Practice Manager to lead both clinical and non-clinical teams. The role covers day-to-day front and back-office operations, scheduling, billing, vaccine/medication management, and patient referrals, with a focus on quality customer service alignment with organizational goals.

The candidate should have 3+ years in medical office management, experience with EMR and MS Office, and comply with health care regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years medical office management experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Software.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations as it relates to Health Care.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends on an emergency basis.
• Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in the field.
• Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint card and pass a background check.

Qualifications:

The Practice Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership and management of all clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure quality customer service delivery within all operational aspects of the practice(s) in support of Horizon Health and Wellness’ strategies, goals, and culture. Qualifications Preferred

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) policies.
