Appalachian Dental Care in Boone, NC is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our front office and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the dentist and staff to deliver excellent patient care while maintaining a supportive, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include insurance verification, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling, billing, and ensuring team accountability.

Formación

• Dental front office experience required.
• Knowledge of dental insurance.
• Experience presenting treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Verify Insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns
• Schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Collect co-payments
• Present treatment plans
• Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities
• Work closely with the Regional Director

Conocimientos

Dental Front Office experience
