Job summary

McKesson is seeking interns for a 10-week program designed to provide a real-life working environment, exposure to senior leadership, and a hopeful offer of full-time employment after completion.

As an intern, you will join the US Oncology Network Practice Management Accounting team, supporting simplification projects, onboarding and integration checklists, and month-end close activities while developing foundational accounting and analytics skills.

• Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship
• Must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship
• Authorized to work in the United States
• GPA 3.5
• Major in a technical, business, or analytics discipline
• Superior collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Assist in various simplification projects across the US Oncology Network Practice Management Accounting team to improve quality and increase efficiency
• Support the PM Accounting Integration team with enhancements to the new practice onboarding and integration checklist
• Support Accounting staff with month-end close and account reconciliations to gain a broader understanding of the monthly accounting cycle and review the close checklists for completeness

While specific requirements for each role may vary, here are our general requirements:

• Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship, at the Undergraduate or Graduate level
• Must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship
• 18 Years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• 3.5 GPA
• Major in a technical, business, or analytics discipline
• Superior collaboration and communication skills
