Competenze

• 8+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience (10+ preferred).
• Proven track record in client management, business development, and technical leadership.
• Experience with physical-chemical/biological treatment processes (required).
• Project management training or experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Federal/Regional State regulations (MO/KS) (preferred).
• Excellent leadership and detail orientation (required).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and travel to client facilities (required).
• Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams (required).
• Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers (preferred).
• Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, background/drug testing may be required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and good driving record (required).

Mansioni

• Lead challenging technical projects and mentor staff, driving business development and client management.
• Perform contaminated site assessments, remedy evaluation, and design.
• Oversee site investigation fieldwork, pilot/bench-scale remediation programs.
• Prepare remediation action plans, engineering analyses, and specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, proposals, and plans.
• Manage subcontractors and junior staff; provide staff development.
• Lead proposal development and implement business development plans for the office.
• Meet with clients/regulators; present findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to fieldwork such as site visits and contractor oversight.
• Coordinate travel to client sites and project locations as needed.
