Present analysis in a clear, concise, and easy-to-follow format using effective data storytelling and visualization techniques. Make recommendations for reporting, dashboard, process, or analytics improvements to business and technical partners.

Analytics Product and Solution Support

Participate in the analytics product development lifecycle by supporting requirements gathering, data discovery, solution design, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing enhancements. Support the Product Owner – InSite Data Solutions by helping translate business needs into analytic deliverables and by surfacing opportunities to improve usability, consistency, and value realization of InSite analytics products. Support the Lead – InSite Analytics Program and the Senior Analyst – Pharmacy Enablement through issue research, data validation, recurring reporting execution, business process analysis, and project support as assigned. Participate in project planning, requirements review, solution testing, and implementation activities, including documenting defects and validating solutions before deployment. Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures, business rules, report logic, and supporting documentation.

Business Intelligence and Visualization

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to produce sustainable reporting and analytics solutions. Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to identify strategically relevant insights and opportunities for enhanced analytics support. Provide support for departmental and leadership requests by performing focused analysis and preparing materials that enable informed decisions.

Data Governance, Quality, and Efficiency

Support data quality validation, business rule application, and information lifecycle practices that improve consistency and trust in analytics outputs. Leverage approved AI-enabled tools and automation capabilities to improve efficiency, productivity, reporting processes, and the quality of analytics deliverables while adhering to company policies, data governance standards, and responsible AI practices. Identify data quality, process, or system issues and elevate findings appropriately to support timely resolution and continuous improvement.
