Practices Innovations Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Practice Innovations Group at Whiting-Turner keeps a finger on the pulse of trends and changes in the construction industry and creates resources to share internally. This includes collaborating with different specialty groups, operating groups, and leadership to conduct research to support the development of resources. We are seeking a full-time, in-person employee to join our Practice Innovations Group in the Baltimore, MD office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and curate content for articles to be published internally and externally.
  2. Collaborate with leadership and senior management to organize Practice group resources.
  3. Schedule and manage meetings (agenda, scheduling, meeting minutes, etc.).
  4. Update marketing material (brochures, slideshows, white papers, presentations, etc.).
  5. Plan conference and tradeshow attendance. Participate in conferences and trade shows, which often includes travel.
  6. Plan and participate in relevant professional networking events.
  7. Connect with project teams to enhance data collection and analysis.
  8. Research and disseminate construction technology and innovation trends and statistics.
