Totum Partners is seeking a Practice Innovation & Knowledge Attorney in Washington, DC to advance knowledge management, AI adoption, and strategic use of legal technology across practices. You’ll partner with lawyers and business leaders to reshape how legal services are delivered and to unlock client value.

The role emphasizes leading initiatives, curating precedents, and improving workflows, while driving change management and adoption of new tools.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years private practice experience and current bar admission.
