Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of three years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training as approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive branch growth and optimize expenses.
• Lead client experience, oversee administrative procedures and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with home office to align branch workflows and initiatives.
• Identify and recruit new financial advisor affiliations to meet branch goals.
• Prepare payout analyses and proposals for prospects.
