Qualifications

• Extensive relationship-based sales experience.
• Proven coaching of Financial Advisors/Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advisor adoption across Practice Management areas through training and coaching.
• Mentor advisors and field leadership to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and achieve KPIs.
• Travel up to 25-50%.
