Job summary

Dunwoody Country Club in Atlanta, GA seeks a full-time Practice Facility Attendant to maintain and oversee our outdoor practice areas, clubs, and carts, delivering warm, proactive service to our members and guests.

Rotating shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will ensure facilities are stocked, clean, and safe, operate range equipment, collect balls, and help create memorable golfing experiences in a member-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain practice areas, golf clubs and carts.
• Availability for rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Spread hospitality, happiness and goodwill among members and guests at DCC.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to members and guests.
• Create an exceptional “warm welcome” for members and guests.
• Ensure practice facilities are properly attended, stocked and cleaned (range tee, short game areas, ball washing).
• Fulfill daily obligations and checklists assigned by the manager.
• Operate range picker to collect golf balls.
• Collect golf balls from surrounding areas around range netting.
• Maintain levels of clean range balls for members and guests at hitting stations.
