Job summary

Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care, participate in care planning with physicians, and supervise nursing and medical assistant staff.

The role includes triage calls, medication management oversight, patient education, and collaboration with administrative leaders to maintain scheduling and quality of care across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• NJ RN License required
• 2+ years direct clinical experience managing multiple offices
• 2 years inpatient/hospital experience
• Gastroenterology experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including preparation for visits, assessment, advocating for patients, and collaborating with physicians on medications and care plans.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants.
• Conduct phone triaging.
• Oversee medication management and be familiar with medication authorization process.
• Educate patients and families, and coordinate community education programs.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
• Oversee clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors.
• Conduct clinical meetings and maintain productivity reports for leadership.
• Visit offices to check on clinical staff, operations and compliance.

• Other related duties as assigned, coverage as needed.
• Overseeing clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's required.
• Valid NJ RN License

Preferred:

• 2+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices
• 2 years of inpatient/hospital experience
• Gastroenterology experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle a lot at once
