Job Description

Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, to manage clinical areas of AMG Rheumatology along with other offices. Main work location will be Clark, NJ.

Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Manager, RN
  • Provides direct patient care, including preparation for patient visits, assessment, advocating for patients, working with physicians on medications and care plans.
  • Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants.
  • Conducts phone triaging.
  • Oversees medication management.
  • Educates patients and families, and coordinates community education programs.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Valid NJ RN License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of clinical experience managing multiple offices.
  • 5+ years of direct cardiology or related experience.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality.
