Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN – AMG Cardiology Outpatient – Multiple Location

Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical area along with other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren. MUST have Cardiology experience.

Days/ hours: Mon‑Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Supervisor, RN:

• Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visits, assessment, advocating for patients, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans.
• Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants.
• Conducts phone triage.
• Oversees medication management.
• Educates patients and families, and coordinates and participates in community education programs.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
• Other related duties as assigned, coverage as needed.
• Overviews clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors.
• Conducts clinical meetings.
• Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership.
• Visits offices to check in on clinical staff and clinical operations and compliance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid NJ RN License.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices.
• 5+ years of direct Cardiology or related experience.
• Ability to multitask and handle a lot at once.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
