Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to expand our Single Family Land Development practice in San Antonio, TX. You will lead a Land Development team, nurture key client relationships, and drive strategic growth with autonomy.

The role requires a P.E. license and 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills and a proven ability to deliver profitable projects. Excellent leadership and BD capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Extensive client contacts with architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners or land owners.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills.
• Business development including proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting.
• Clear communication at all organizational levels.
• Ability to mentor staff and direct resources effectively.
• Proven track record of profitable land development projects.

Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand our Single Family Land Development practice in San Antonio, Texas (TX)!

Responsibilities

• The qualified individual will lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients
• Leadership responsibilities include:
  • Operating with integrity and sound business principles
  • Providing vision, business planning and strategy
  • Establishing goals
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Having open communication with your partners and team
  • Growing and leading a land development practice
• Our Project Managers/Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
• The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business
• With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program with the potential to advance to ownership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
