Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to expand our Single Family Land Development practice in Houston, Texas. You will lead the Land Development team, manage client relationships, and drive business growth with autonomy and strategic vision.

Ideal candidate has P.E. licensure, 8+ years of land development experience, and proven ability to oversee profitable projects while mentoring staff and pursuing ownership opportunities through performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners.
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Land Development team and manage client relationships.
• Provide vision, strategy, and goals; grow the practice.
• Manage projects profitably and mentor staff.
