Overview

Under general supervision, answers a high volume of telephone calls using an automated call system. The PAS is accountable for system metrics including but not limited to volume of calls, abandonment rates, speed of answer, average handling time other metrics to achieve high service levels and favorable patient satisfaction scores. In addition, the PAS must be proficient in the use of the electronic medical record and associated applications, to ensure accurate appointment scheduling, accurate and complete collection of patient demographic and insurance data that support efficient clinic operations, and maximum reimbursement for services; and other duties as assigned.

Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
